Michael has overall responsibility for sales, marketing, and customer service, where he is focused on client
acquisition, client retention, and client experience.
Michael has over 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the business information and internet
services industry. He was formerly Managing Director at LexisNexis where he oversaw the implementation of a
National Accounts program at Nexis. Prior to Lexis Nexis, Michael was Director of Sales at BBN, the internet
pioneer, where he established the Eastern Region and built it to $15 million and 200 customers in three years.
Michael has also held various senior sales management positions at CompuServe.
Michael received his MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business, his BA from Wittenberg University and
attended the Salzburg College Program in Salzburg, Austria.
