
Mr. Sander is responsible for directing Reis's Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Accounting, and
the Economic Analysis groups.
Since joining the firm in March 2000, Bill has reorganized and re-staffed our Sales and Technology teams and has created
industry leading Product Management and Training groups. Under his guidance, the firm has redesigned our Reis SE web product and
launched a number of substantial enhancements such as our Shopping Center reports, Sales Comparables, Automated Property
Valuation and Credit Risk Analysis tools, and expanded our market coverage from 50 metropolitan areas to 80. In addition, he has
improved our on-time delivery of quarterly data updates and has expanded and enhanced our 250,000-property database.
Mr. Sander has more than 14 years of experience in the business information industry. He was formerly a Senior Vice President of
Product Management for Primark Corporation (acquired by Thomson Financial in June 2000 for $1.1 billion). While at
Primark/Thomson Financial he was responsible for the development and launch of two of the company's primary products that
together generated nearly $55M in revenue: Thomson Research, formerly Global Access, is a web-based company information product
used by over 600,000 investment professionals and Thomson Analytics, formerly Piranha Web, is a sophisticated financial data
analysis and modeling tool.
In 1997, his Global Access product won the Information Industry Association's Hot Shots award for best-enhanced product.
Mr. Sander is also the author of The Shareholder Voting Almanac, which focuses on the voting policies of institutional investors.
Bill is a graduate of Marietta College and the Washington Economic Policy Semester at American University.
