      New Business Sales

      Our New Business Sales team is tasked with introducing new companies to the Reis brand. All new reps go through a six week training course to introduce them to the commercial real estate sector and Reis’s data collection methodologies. The company supports you through exciting marketing programs, routine press coverage and a leads database that grows daily. Territories and quotas are designed to maximize success and ramp up time.

      Account Management

      Account Managers are tasked with maintaining our high renewal rate, increasing fees based on usage and selling new products and services to existing accounts. Many of our clients have used Reis for over a decade and look to our Account Managers when new needs arise. Reis supports this team through constant product and content development, ensuring a steady stream of enhancements to promote.

      Custom Data Sales

      When Reis’s data is needed in a non-standard format, or a prospect would like to redistribute our information, our Custom Data Sales Reps are there to help. Reis recognizes that a one-size-fits-all approach to data and reporting isn’t always the best solution for our clients. If you’re someone who “thinks outside the box” and wants to help clients satisfy unique challenges, a position on this team might be right for you.

      Sales Operations / Support

      Sales Operations and Support handles all the administration tasks associated with running a world class sales organization. They process contracts, follow-up on collections, generate monthly reports, oversee salesforce.com changes, and coordinate tradeshows, client briefings and award ceremonies so that our sales reps can remain focused on closing business.


      The marketing team is responsible for designing, building, promoting, operating, and renewing customer touch points online and offline. The team works closely with nearly every internal department at Reis to deliver an engaging experience to prospects and current clients alike through our innovative websites, webinars, tradeshows, events, social media channels and more.
