Each group receives an individualized and unique training session, completely tailored to meet specific business needs. In addition to onsite training at our clients’ offices, we provide flexible online training, using the same unique approach of addressing the specific needs of the audience. Being on the front lines of communication for Reis, our Client Services team continually collects enhancement suggestions and new content ideas from our clients, prospective clients, and visitors to our website. Feedback is aggregated from a variety of avenues including our annual satisfaction surveys, LiveChat exchanges, training sessions, customer calls, and email exchanges. All suggestions are then reviewed, categorized, and forwarded to Reis’s Product Development team for consideration. Many of our best new features, functionality, and content sets have come directly from client and prospective client feedback.
