Being on the front lines of communication for Reis, our Client Services team continually collects enhancement suggestions and new content ideas from our clients, prospective clients, and visitors to our website. Feedback is aggregated from a variety of avenues including our annual satisfaction surveys, LiveChat exchanges, training sessions, customer calls, and email exchanges. All suggestions are then reviewed, categorized, and forwarded to Reis’s Product Development team for consideration. Many of our best new features, functionality, and content sets have come directly from client and prospective client feedback.
